hi
i uninstalled xtu recently which i did no changes on, i just used it to check the undervolt on my helios 300 1660 ti version. upon restart after uninstallation my entire laptop froze, task manager doesnt work, nothing works, however i can see my mouse cursor move.
i restarted again with my external monitor unplugged and it works just fine. plugged my external monitor in, it worked for about 10 seconds then background turned black and everything froze.
i tried this again and again and i am getting the same problem, any ideas?

Fear112 dot use xtu to undervolt use TS instead xtu its just intel garbage software full of bugs also to remove xtu properly you need to reset to default settings uninstall it perform a battery powerdrain and reset bios to defaults because the undervolting settings will still be active in the bios also what are you exactly plugging into the usb ports and which port all do the same or just one of them if this started recently check latest windows updated and uninstall them most times its the windows updates that cause all the issues and end up by breaking windows as usual MS at their best

    Hi
i did not use XTU to undervolt, i just used it to see the undervolt amount on my helios (which showed -0.125), i did not change anything what so ever, so i uninstalled it and restarted.

this only happens on 2 usb ports, the rest work just fine
