Defective Piece Replacement

I received defective product 2 days back after shopping from Acer online store, Screen has severe bleeding issue and let exhaust is very slow. 
Is there any 10 days Replacement Policy
I need replacement of this expensive product with new one.

    Right and left exausts have different fans and speeds. The flow is normally different

    Edubencz as it was already said your best option as you bought it directly form acer store its to contact support asap and send it back regarding the bleeding its normal on all ips displays what you might think its bad might not even be and you might even end up with a display even worse anyway its up to you  good luck
