Is there a charger for the Aspire E5-576G that fits a European/Israeli socket (type C/europlug)?

Hi, as the title says I need a charger for use in Israel. I have a US charger and have been using an adapter but it's been causing problems and I'd rather just have the one cable, so does such a charger/cable exist? If so, where can I get it?

Also since I'm already posting here, at least 3 of my keys have been falling out regularly when I type. Currently I push them back when it happens but it's annoying and they're harder to type on, more wobbly than the more functional ones. Is there anything I can do about this? Will my warranty help? How do I even know if I have warranty? I bought this laptop on Amazon when I lived in New Zealand about a year ago if it's of any help.
