ACER Bluelight Shield not working after Windows 10 update do version 1909ACER E5-573

Hi, I have an ACER E5-573, and after updating Windows 10 to version 1909, ACER Quick Access, BLue Light Shield, is not working any more.
Tried to reinstalate QA, but no success.
Please, need some help.

    Hello,
    Sometimes Acer Blue light shield and Windows Night light are in conflict so you have to only use the Windows function.

    My computer is WIN11. Reboot the PC, the computer starts normally, and the system runs normally. Acer Quick Access's blue shield can work, but when I open the volume panel of the taskbar……The blue light shield has failed.

    I think there's something wrong with that!😕

    Sometimes a simple system restore will fix the issue.. 


    Try windows x

    click on power shell admin or command prompt admin 

    type rstrui

    chose an earlier date on which your computer was working fine  

    click on next, finish, yes

    It will restore your computer to an earlier date 

    if you get an message - system restore not completed - click on close 

    It will show you all the icons..

    Try and check whether it is working now ..



    If it is still not working...


    Go to support.acer.com 

    chose your country 

    type snid or chose your model 

    go to drivers - application 

    Download and install the quick access


    It should work fine

    Click on "Like" if you find my answer useful
