Hello, I recently bought an Aspire A715-74g, I started to download some files and it started to heat up, I had been using it for about 3 hours and the temperature that I register is varies between (76 - 81 C) (165 - 186 F) and it is the only one procedure I was doing, nothing else, what should I do is normal or do I take it to guarantee?

These are very normal temperatures when downloading if you have programs like non-Microsoft virus scanners or others running in the background. Jack E/NJ

    Hi JackE

If I remove the antivirus that I have, the computer will stop heating up so much ?, I was playing valorant and the PC started to get very hot, the fan I would think was at maximum and only the air came out from one part of the computer, is it really normal?

Yes normal. Microsoft Defender & Malicious software Removal Tool (MRT.exe) are the only scanners most people need. Anything below 94*C in newer laptops is expected under heavy gaming loads. Above 94*C you will start to notice throttling behavior in the game to automatically bring temperature below 94*C. If temperature remains above 94*C for very long, the machine will automatically shut down to protect itself. Newer more powerful laptops that approach desktop power generally run hotter than previous laptops. Jack E/NJ
