I have acer predatior helios 300 (PH315-52) 2019 model. I recently installed the latest windows 10 update (i.e. version 2004) through windows update. but  now i am facig many problems. Acer care center is not openning and some of the pre installed acer softwares are not there. I tried to install care center from the support website but still it is not working. I want to reset my laptop to factory version of windows 10 with all the acer apps pre installed that are stored in the recovery partition. Please tell me how to do it.

  • you must press alt + f10 before the Acer logo. But version 2004 overlaps over version 1809 of stock provided by acer:

DhruvGupta1110 one advice for you and everyone else never update windows to a new version before at least 3/6 months old because its always full of bugs and errors and disable windows from updating drivers and firmware or even completely only update whatever you need when you need it manually to avoid future issues that the updates might create good luck
