Have owned this Acer predator helios 300 laptop for 10 months, was used very lightly until 2-3 weeks ago.

Sound would periodically go out in headset past couple weeks.. and crackle. So I downloaded new drivers seem to fix.

Yesterday after gaming could not open any applications would double click web browser or games and would not open.

Restarted CPU, tried to log in, and got stuck on welcome after typing in my password. Tried multiple times, restarting cpu... ect

So rebooted to troubleshoot menu and wiped the cpu and reinstalled windows..... now it is stuck on “just a moment” for about 8 hours. After 3 and 6 hours I did a forced shutdown and restarted with no luck . The computer just keeps restarting itself and goes back to “just a moment”

please help me!

Xsist forcing shutdown when windows is installing can create serious issues and completely break the install (that happened to me on a desktop at work after upgrading windows more that 8h on the same screen i was starting to panic but in the end managed to recover it with a recovery disc) i would suggest you to follow a stock recovery clean install as @egydiocoelho suggested above assuming your recovery partition its still intact if ALT+F10 arent working your only solution would be creating a bootable usb drive via windows media creation tool from any other device also if you have important stuff in the os system drive to backup do not format it use hirens boot cd/usb to be able to access the files and backup everything into another drive first good luck
