    1. First tell the system to forget the WiFi network. It won't automatically connect unless it has remembered the password.
    2. There are lots of things that can hang one of the big updates like that, and the older Atheros cards are often the culprit. The error 0x80010108 doesn't really drill down far enough into the problem, because there are a bunch of different things that cause it, but most are related to networking. Try downloading the updates manually from Microsoft, then disconnect from the network by disabling the wireless adapter, then install each of the updates to see if they will go through.
    3. In what way are you having problems with Office?
    4. Neither XBox or Mixed Reality use very many, if any, system resources unless you run them. But both can be removed through the Apps section of Settings.

Maybe we did not understand each other.
    1. I can not make "forget wi-fi" in settings becouse I work on devices only on wifi and mobile networks. I want to make settings for NOT automatically connection for wi-fi networks wich HAVE passwords, not to uncheck every time.
    2. There are no manually downloads of Microsoft
3.Installed version does not work, maybe online only
    4. No, it is not allowed to remove those applications, I tried few known ways.
So, you did not help at all, next?

Show some respect, most people here aren't Acer employees and they don't work for you. @billsey probably had some free time and decided to try to answer your questions, if their answers weren't satisfactory you could have just pointed out they weren't and that's it.

As for your questions, they have all been answered several times throughout the net, you could have used Google beforehand or state what you have tried.
    1. Disconnect from the network, un-tick the "Connect automatically" checkbox and click Connect again; the network will be saved but Windows won't connect to it automatically.
    2. There are manual downloads for most Windows updates, you can access the catalog and choose the ones you like. Although, because you're experiencing failures on the installation of simple updates I wonder if it wouldn't be better to try to cleanup the state of Windows update or sanitize the system before trying again. Check out this detailed post for example: How to use DISM command tool to repair Windows 10 image.
    3. Not enough details. It's not possible to assess what's wrong and determine a course of action with what you just posted, except for uninstall and reinstall office.
    4. You can probably remove the applications you want using PowerShell, but you'll need to use package names instead of app names. There are also several guides, for example this one: How to Remove All Built-in Apps in Windows 10
My personal recommendation, start anew. I don't know what you did to get the system in such a state, maybe a clean installation is in order. If all else fails, back up your things and go for it. No more problems afterwards.
