When I was using my laptop, suddenly the display turned off and a buzz sound came from my laptop. Then power off the laptop  by pressing the power button near the keyboard since I have nothing else to do. This happed to me several times, after few days it shut down and when it start it just showed a blue screen saying to restart with a error code "NTFS - FILE - SYSTEM". When I restart again the laptop boot up to windows normally. But it still have the no display and the buzz sound problem.  So please help me with this probelm as soon as possible.

It sounds like GPU is overheating from heavy game-playing or imaging loads. Thermal module heatsink probably needs to be re-pasted to the CPU/GPU and dust cleared from the thermal module fan. Jack E/NJ

After few days I found that when I take one ram off It works perfectly and when I put the other one in it sometimes work and sometimes doesn't.  I don't get what is happening here because I know my ram isn't broken because it works on my other laptop. And another problem is that my PC is doing automatic repair loop. Nothing changes. When I go to advanced options to reset my PC It says there was a problem resetting your PC.

Does each RAM module by itself in both RAM sockets work perfectly too?   Jack E/NJ

Remove RAM module #1 from socket #1. Remove RAM module #2 from socket #2. Then insert RAM module #2 in socket #1. Does the machine freeze?

If not, remove RAM module #2 from socket #1. Then insert RAM module #1 in socket #2. Does the machine freeze now?

yes it's fixed.Thank you so much. But the automatic system repair loop is still going. Once I got a a screen showing registry error. So, I am thinking of reinstalling windows since there is no important file on my laptop. The thing is I have two drives, M.2 and a HDD. Old windows(broken) is still on the HDD while I want Windows to install on the M.2 . Is it possible to format the HDD and install Windows on the M.2. Also would it be possible  to guide me through the installation process. I would really appreciate it.

    (1) How did you fix it to turn on?
    (2) Yes it's possible to put Windows on m.2
    (3) Shut the machine off. Press and hold the ALT+F10 keys. While still holding ALT+F10 keys, turn machine back on. Does recovery screen appear?
