buzzing noise from cpu of laptop

the service engineer visited and changed the fan saying fault is in fan   but  it was again there
next time I replaced the whole motherboard  but still, I have the same issue 
so now I am thinking to replace the ram 
can anyone give suggestion

    This is called coil whine from inductors on the mainboard. Usually louder under high CPU/GPU usage. Not much can be done about it except set your power plan to balanced or power saver mode. Jack E/NJ

    ok but why in performance mode this sound comes 
    i have seen other laptop there this issue is not present  @JackE

    Performance mode tends to increase  CPU/GPU power usage. The more power that travels through the inductor coils to feed the CPU/GPU, the louder the coil whine becomes. Other laptop's CPU/GPU may not as powerfulor may use other programs or games that don't demand as much CPU/GPU power. Jack E/NJ
