MY ACER NOTRO 5 KEYBOARD NOT WORKING

Hello.. can anyone help me why my acer nitro 5 keyboard is not working? It was working fine and suddenly it doesn't function, and the backlight of the keyboard doesn't go off which it should be after few minutes. I try to open the Microsoft word to type something and it was like stuck in number 2 keys because even if i did not press it, it was continuing to type the number 2. I check if there is something stuck under the number 2 key but thier is nothing. So i shutdown it and turn again and now it still not functioning the backlight is still on but the number 2 key is not typing on its own. Please help me solve thing.

What is the exact model of the notebook? Example AN515-51-75KZ. Did this problem occur after any windows update? What happens when you reset the battery?

My model is AN515-43-R0YM. It does not occur after an update. Im just watching movie and it occur suddenly like that. It came back for a few minutes and then i cant use the keyboard again. I do not know how to reset the battery. I press all the key to check if something is stuck but nothing its just it wont work.

And also the power button is functioning pretty well but all the other key is not working.

Where is the keyboard connector on that part? The power button is working fine, but the othe keyboard key dont work..

I check the connection of the keyboard at the back of the laptop i disconnect it and connect again but still the keyboar is not functioning. And also why the backlight of the keyboard is not turning off its still on?

Is your notebook under warranty?

Yes but unfortunately the warranty only applies in the u.s where i bought it and for now im not in the u.s so i cant avail the warranty.

For now it was the number 1 key that is typing on its own its like it was being long press. And previously its the letter R. Maybe the problem is around the top left corner because its where the R and 1 2 keys are located
