Hi, I bought an Acer Nitro 5 2019 model OVER A MONTH
ago. Recently, I have faced a problem while I was using my laptop with normal tasks (like web surfing or coding), its fan suddenly started running over 4000RPM (according to nitro sense) very loudly and did not stop until I shutdown. The CPU usage was always below 40% and the temperature <= 50*C. I have brought it to Acer Center for maintenance THREE times but nothing changed:
First time: My laptop was cleaned with the glue replaced. It worked fine for about three hours (I stayed at the center three hours for checking), then I went home and the problem occurred again.
Second time: (Right on the next day) The cooling fans was replaced with new ones, but it did not helped. The fans speed was still over 4000 RPM and I had to bring it back to the center.
Third time: The employee promised to fix the problem completely. I received my laptop after 2 days with the window reinstalled and the BIOS updated. It work fine for about three weeks, and now here it is again. I am wondering if I should bring it for maintenance again or just find another laptop
Is there anyone had the same problem as me? Please tell me whether this problem could be fixed or not?
Thank you very much!
