I purchased an Aspire
A515-54 back on 5-22-2020 from New Egg and wanted to purchase a 2 yr
extended warranty from the Acer e Commerce site. The order went
through and then was immediately canceled. When I inquired why I was
told there was a problem with the credit card transaction and was
told to try another card. I did and had the same result with the
order being immediately canceled. Again I inquired both by email &
phone and was told they do not have access to the systems that
process the credit card transactions. That was there response, they
just could not help me. No referral to some other group just tough
luck. I tried several other Acer support sites and got the same
answer, sorry can’t help you. Anyone have a contact number/email
for Acer USA that I might try?
