I recently bought a Nitro 5 AN515-54 with GTX 1660 ti for gaming, but when I Installed League of legends(GARENA) it can't even run on low quality settings, my FPS is only at 10 to 15 FPS. I also configured the Nvidia control panel, I set the global settings to Nvidia and I also set the preferred program league of legends to run on Nvidia graphics, but still getting low fps. I also installed Valorant and it's getting the same low fps. Any help?

    Good Morning Albedo13 !

Access MSCONFIG and disable ALL applications that start with the system and all non-Microsoft services.
    Uninstall any antivirus.
Perform a temporary system and disk cleanup as an Administrator.
Update the Windows release to 1909.

Check all these questions as well:

1- all drivers and Windows must be properly updated
2- the device must be set to use the Windows high performance power plan
3- seven the minimum and maximum performance of the processor at 100% in both modes (both on battery and plugged into power outlet)
4- the battery must be charged to 100% before playing
5- the battery must be set to advanced power options for maximum performance
6- game applications must be set on the dedicated GPU Panel (Nvidia) to be the main
7- the device must be connected directly to an exclusive power outlet, properly grounded without any adapter
    8- batterybooster must be deactivated
    9- disable the FPS limit
10- seven Intel HD Graphics for maximum performance
11- uninstall all Microsoft X-Box applications
    12- disable the DVR recorder
13- enable the maxframerate option in the nvidia control panel
13- all games must be installed on the same disk drive and partition as the operating system

Then restart and do a test.

Hi! I had a similar issue but its not as bad as Albedo13's one. I play Valorant and only got 60 FPS while charging (Nitro 7 2019 i7 9750H and GTX 1660Ti) whereas my friend who uses a Nitro 5 with and i5 9300H and GTX 1650 is getting 100FPS average. What could be the problem to this and is there an issue ?
