Acer Nitro AN515-54 battery life wont charge or go down while plugged in until i play a game.

I have been trying to find a replacement battery for my laptop but cant find one anywhere its a Nitro An515-54. When plugged in it stays at the percentage it is at when im browsing or watching stuff but when i boot up a game it will go down and if it gets below 50% it will beep at me on and off as if i am plugging and unplugging it. i got a now charger and it still does it. any ideas how to fix? i have tried restetting the battery i.e hold power for 15 secs. i have also tried unistalling the drivers and rebooting and still same problem.

i now have the program what do i need to be looking for? to be honest I am not that knowledgeable when it comes to this sort of stuff.

It is important to clarify that the latest laptops also use battery power, even when the power adapter is connected, to provide more performance. Now, try playing with the battery 100% charged. after about 10-15 mins it will drop roughly 13% its still under warranty so i may just send it in for analasis

when i am not playing a game my charge rate it roughly 24k but when i pull a game up its around 2-5k and i had it one time in the 600 area

As I told you before, it is normal for battery power to be consumed, especially when the user is playing, because it will be necessary to provide more performance. I believe that the battery can discharge up to 40% and then automatically recharge again.
