I am unable to download the Intel graphic driver Baytrail third generation update proposed by updated itself. I am also unable to download Acer Care Center and therefore I attache relevant data of my machine and some of error messages I got. I am also told that the driver is not valided and therefore I must ask the correct drive to Intel where ther loop starts again taking me to nowhere. BTW wondering around I did read that Acer pre-installed apps will be cause of malfuntions so I did unistalled Acer Care Center and now no way to re-install it!

    Try this procedure:
    b) then, disable wireless and then uninstall and delete the intel driver like this:

    c) then restart windows and install the latest driver!

    Does the same problem occur when you update windows update?

    thank you very muuch. I did download  the drivers. Nevertheless I still have updtae adivise of Intel  assistant to urge me for an update (att.1). I excute it and I land into the usual situation where the installation just runs without conclude (att.2).I did start to attempt to upgrrade the graphic drivers because my desktop risolution is poor (att.3). BR

    I think you can change the resolution using the CRU program. However, it is a risky procedure.
