Why is my SWIFT 3 2020 heating so much even on normal usage?

I bought ACER SWIFT 3 SF314-57G about 3 months ago. Everything was great till now. Since it comes with a capable graphic card, so i installed some online games like PUBG, COD, GTAV etc. But it usually ran very hot while gaming (up to 80 degree Celsius). I thought it was happening because of games, but now even on normal usage the temperature touches 70 degree Celsius and an average of 55-60 degree Celsius, and that too when i am using a cooling pad. I have tried under-volting, but that doesn't seems to helpful.
Kindly someone help me to fix this.

Those numbers aren't out of line, heavy gaming should get you up toward 90C or so. What is your ambient temperature running? As it warms up outside the CPU will reflect that with higher temperatures inside. You can contact Acer support to get their opinion and continue to monitor. If you see it continuing to be high you can send it to them and they will likely reinstall the thermal paste on the heatsink.

Could updating the bios to the latest version solve the problem?
