Wired mouse not working on USB 3.0 port. Please help...

I have the Logitech G102 mouse. When I bought it, it was working really good on usb 3 port. One day out of nowhere, I got a pop up "device is not recognized". IDK what happened but mouse was not getting detected on usb 3. I connected it on usb 2 ports on left side, it is working fine on that. Also mouse is working on other usb 3 laptops. Today I reinstalled windows from scratch and the usb 3 and mouse conflict is still going on. Please help me in this situation. I have already tried updating device drivers.(Those who will be asking why I want to plug mouse on usb 3, the answer is simple, I can run the cable from back of my laptop, coz usb 3 port is on left side.)

When you connect another device to the blue USB 3.0 port, is it recognized in the device manager? Have you already installed this software? https://download01.logi.com/web/ftp/pub/techsupport/gaming/LGS_9.00.42_x86_Logitech.exe

I have that software but Mouse doesn't get detected in device manager. The pop up is there (USB device not recognized)

Yes, it recognises pendrives. Detects my mobile phone. and yes I can access all my data on both the devices. It's just my mouse,doesn't want to connect.

3 topics for one and the same issue, USB port is working, all other devices are recognized and mouse is stopped working on the USB 3.0 port but is working on the USB 2.0 port and you are still looking for a problem with the laptop?

Brother I guess I've already answered all your questions in my question's description. Please read it. I have written that "device is not recognized" pop up is there. I'm really not that NOOB.
