So, I recently purchased an Acer Predator Helios 300 (just last week) and I have just been getting used to it. I opened Acer Care Center a few days ago and decided to run some tests on the components, but for some reason whenever I try to I check the hard drive (Seagate 931.51GB) it starts checking, reaches 50%, stops for a few seconds, crawls up to around 80% and then the check stops, going back to how it was before with the status reading 'Not Checked'. The battery health and memory checks both work without a hitch, but I have not managed to successfully check the hard drive yet. Could this indicate a problem with the hard drive or could it just be a Care Center problem? Thanks.
