I need help with my Acer Nitro 5 AN515-53, model number N17C1

Whenever i turn it on, the acer logo appears along with the spinning dots loading thing and then after that it goes straight to black, the screen and keyboard are still lit but its a blank screen. I've tried pressing the button on the back with the paper clip and it brought me to a screen that showed it diagnosing the problem and then it gave me different troubleshooting options. So far, resetting the laptop has failed, restoring it to a previous date has failed and i dont know what else to try. Any help is appreciated and thank you in advance.

Whenever I try to reset the laptop to factory settings that way it always gets to about 36% the changes to Undoing Changes and the reset ends up failing.

What happens when you enable the function that accesses the safeboot?

I dont remember doing that, I bought it almost 2 years ago so im going to go with no.

When you connect an external monitor, does an image appear after the Acer logo?

No, it just shows the usual black screen on the other monitor.

It starts to reset the laptop and then it stops a little ways in and says that the changes were undone and it failed

What happens when you change sata to ahci in the bios and also disable secureboot?

When i changed it to ahci, it didnt do anything and it didnt give me the option to disable secureboot
