    Okay one thing  I noticed is that it runs for 10 hours straight without any problem but once it crashes it keeps on crashing

    Try disabling it and see if the problem still occurs.

    Intel extreme tuning utility isn't listed anywhere but it has a folder in c/program files(x86) but can't delete it

    Does the same problem occur after updating the bios to version 1.11? it is a risky procedure and I am not responsible for any damage.

    Fullauto1911 well my best  suggestion here would be backup whatever you need perform a a battery powerdrain followed by a bios setup defaults and ALT+F10 stock recovery clean install delete all files to rule out any software issues :)

    U can also check the event viewer for any issue that might be there when it keeps restarting but clean install its always the best windows updates tend to break more than they fix.

    Fullauto1911 So its most probably a hardware issue at this point i would contact acer support directly and arrange to send it back to get it diagnosed

    I already applied for a replacement 3 months ago they said I'll be getting a replacement but I got nothing I'm just in a deep regret that I spent my hard earned $2000 on this stupid brand don't know what to do now I saved for 2 y

    Better to call them directly to your country direct line keep insisting but again due to the pandemic and lockdown no one will probably go to your home depending on your country government measures anyway good luck
