Is the Power Supply on Veriton M2640G proprietary, or user upgradeable?

I'm kinda new to pc upgrading and recently received a EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti SC from my cousin for free because he had upgraded his gpu. The only problem is that it requires a minimum of 300w (stated on the website) but my psu is 220w max. (Refer to pic attached below.)

I've read from websites that some models have proprietary psus and can't be upgraded. Hence, I went to forums to inquire whether or not my model has a proprietary psu. Also, I have stumbled across an Acer 500w psu from a local store and I want to ask you guys if my pc model is compatible with the psu and can be upgraded (sorry for the unclear pic). If it isn't, are there any recommendations? My motherboard is the Acer H11H4-AM H110 LGA 1151 Motherboard. Thank you.

The only odd thing about the M2640G power supply is that it uses the smaller 12-pin ATX power connector on the motherboard instead of the more popular 24 pin. It's the same size and shape as the other ATX power supplies though, and you can get 24 pin to 12 pin adapters pretty easily. Does your GPU card use a 6 pin or 8 pin power adapter, or does it draw all it's power from the slot?
