So, I bought an SSD Adata SU800 M.2 256 GB SATA, and I installed it on my laptop but the BIOS can't read the ssd, I checked it on disk management there's no unlocated memory. Is it incompatible with my laptop or what?

If it shows up in diskmgmt.msc, then you simply need to initialize it and assign a drive letter by right clicking on it. Jack E/NJ

Remove the hold down screw. Remove the SSD. Gently clean and dry the SSD contacts with rubbing alcohol.  Re-insert the SSD in the socket and repeatedly push down and release it near the screw hole with your finger to help clean the socket wires. Push it down and replace screw. Then press and hold the F2 key. Then while still holding the F2 key, turn the machine on. The BIOS menu should appear. Does the SSD now show up in the BIOS Information tab? Jack E/NJ
