Acer refund

can you get your money back from acer? My helios broke after a year with faulty mainboard and its like 2 months already im sending laptop back because every time something is not working and Im fed up already

    Like Batmalin said, only Acer can give you a straight answer to your question.

    However, it sounds like (according to your post) that you had a system board failure under warranty after the laptop was a year old. And now you are having another failure within 90 days of the warranty repair.

    While I can't speak for Acer; I can tell you that companies like Dell (which I worked for in the past) usually will only  authorize either a refund, or a new unit, if there have been three warranty repairs within a short time span that still didn't correct the original reported issue.

    Well my mainboard was replaced 2 months ago because laptop wouldnt charge so after I got it back 3 weeks ago ( laptop was charging)  I couldnt instal predator sense software so sent it back again and today I got it back and as soon as I turn on laptop It woulnt charge like it didnt 1st time I sent it to acer. It 2 months I have no laptop and im just sending back to acer that is 3rd time in a row
