How to install Windows in Acer Aspire E15 when it showing 0x800701b1 error code

I have an Acer Aspire E15 (E5-575) laptop powered by Microsoft Windows 10. I'm using this laptop from 3 1/2 years. Yesterday when I doing some stuff in my laptop, It indicated a blue screen with BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_ERROR. I tried to recover my system from system restore and windows reset option. But nothing worked. After I tried to install Windows using a bootable pen. It get couple of hours to start the installation but it declined installation with "Windows can't install required files." and also showing a error code 0x800701b1. How to fix this error and reinstall Windows in my laptop?

I am having the same issue, but I get a blue screen that says that it didn't shut down properly and then restarts. After restart, it says preparing automatic repair. Then it said it didn't start correctly. So I went to advanced options on the blue screen and tapped "uninstall latest update". It said it couldn't. SO the I tried resetting PC. That didn't work. How to I create a rescue USB?

1) You will have to have access to a Windows 10 pc or laptop, simply download the last Windows 10 version (MUST MATCH the original installed Windows),
2) If the original version was 32bit, you will have to download the 32/64 bit Windows 10.
3) It is simpler to just create a bootable Win10 install USB via the Win10 upgrade/install process.
4) Once you get the USB W10 install USB created, you may have to either change the boot order in the BIOS/UEFI, or use <F12> for the boot media.
5) Please note, this process assumes you just want to reinstall windows clean, if you have data you need, that is a totally separate process.
6) Put the W10 install USB in, and reboot. Hit <F12> and select the USB drive (it will usually show as the manufacturer name) and continue
7) Once the W10 install process gets to the "install" option, you can try the "keep documents, etc", so your files should remain intact.
8) Once W10 install initial install is done, remove the USB drive or the install process will start again ...
* If you have an SSD, it will only take a minute or so to install, if you have a HDD it will still take 5-10 minutes.
* If you want to use a "local login account" instead of having to use an email, when you get to the WiFi signing, <SKIP> it ...
