I need recommendations for a good (and preferably cheap) thermal paste on my AN515-52

As the title says, I am planning on changing the thermal paste once I fix my screen cover/lid. I am planning to change the paste because I’ve seen videos and comments that say that temperatures are brought down from 90 degrees (I currently have 90-98 which is ridiculous) to 70 degrees which is amazing, this would mean no thermal throttling and no fps drops. I do not want to undervolt as I want maximum performance. What thermal paste should I buy? Is this dangerous to do? Do I need any special equipment or do I only need a screwdriver? And finally, if you could link a video, this would be very helpful. Once again, my laptop is the Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52. (i5-8300H and 1050 4gb).

I recommend that you use the "Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut" liquid metal thermal compound which is the best and is designed for applications that require very high heat dispersion. when applying it, you never want to apply too much paste to the CPU/GPU, the best method is the “Pea Size Dot” method, which is placing a dot size paste in the middle of the CPU/GPU and place the CPU/GPU on top and after fixing the heatsink, you don’t need too much to spread evenly across the chip as you fit the CPU/GPU cooler on top. Don't go for cheap as its a waste of time and money, this paste is only about US $18.90 with free postage but, its worth every cent as its the best quality (I use it all the time on all the computers that I fix) and know the quality of this product, as it lasts the longest and will protect and disperse heat the best.
