Will an average-sized ATX power supply fit into an Acer Aspire AT3-715A-UR11 case or will I need an sfx (small form factor) one? I don't want a factory replacement. I am planning on getting 600 watt or higher, preferably 700 watt plus. Since I want to put an Nvidia 2060 or higher video card into this PC. Will the Core I7 6700 bottle neck the card or will it be ok? Somebody I know paired a Core I7-4770, which is an even older CPU than mine, with an Nvidia 2080ti. So I should be ok right? Also is the PSU easy to unbolt from the case?

Yes, a standard ATX power supply fits just fine. There might be a metal clip on the case that help lock the supply in. If so just use a screwdriver to push it down to release the supply.

Just as an additional suggestion, this is the back of the case of the Acer Aspire AT3-715A-UR11, I've done allot of mods on these computers, the power supply is a standard size PS and any other PS will fit as the case is a standard ATX case. have a look at the 4x screws that secure the PS to the top of the case (see caption below) which are the standard screw(s) spacings of most ATX PS's.

Also, the Aspire T AT3-715A-UR11 AMD Radeon RX 480 - 4 GB GDDR5 is a double slotted GPU and is the same as most of the OEM RTX 2060 (see captions below and above) but, be careful with the thickness of the RTX 2060 as they come in different sizes and some of them wont fit into the space provided, as they will hit the mainboard.
