My mic has issues with or without a headset.

I have a predator helios 300 and my mic never seemed to work. ive tried using the mic that is built into the laptop and mics through multiple different headsets and they have all been spotty. They would sometimes sound great but then immediately go to **** and id either sound too far away or too close or the mic would go in and out. I have never spilled water on it at all and ive been trying to solve this problem since ive had the laptop. None of the apps that ive been using have been working and all the settings are correct everything should be working but it just doesnt work. ive toyed with the setting for a long time and ive tried every other different setting customization. i dont know if its a problem with the internals of my computer or something but i just want this problem resolved.

I'm having the same problem since two days ago and it's really frustrating. It used to work fine but now no one can hear me on Discord, Google Meet, Zoom etc.
