RX580 No video G3-605

Hello My ASUS DUAL RX580 OC8G was working after several attempts. It did not show the acer loading screen only showed the windows login screen after 5 minutes. After launching adrenalin 20.4.1 the pc screen went black then restarted , then there was no video on the monitor.
I have tried using DDU to uninstall drivers , reseating ram sticks , using one ramstick , trying motherboard display to no avail and taking out CMOS battery for 5min
Here are my specs:
I7 4770
16Gb ram ddr3 1600mhz
Asus DUAL RX580  OC8GB
500W 80+gold psu (484 max)
Wd blue 1TB 7200RPM
The guy i bought it from said it was psu problem but i saw a guy on youtube with a 500w psu and booted fine ?
On asus website it says recommended was 550W is it my psu?
