Why i can't turn on Adaptive-sync on this Acer monitor -Acer V227Q bi

Hi everyone,

I've just bought an Acer V227Q bi monitor : https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/professional-model/UM.WV7AA.001

In the specifications, there is a line saying that it is an AMD Adaptive-sync compatible product (AMD FreeSync).
However, when i open the OSD (Screen menu), i'm able to find the adaptive-sync settings who is turned off.
So i click on the line and it's impossible to switch it to ON.
I have tried with my 3 computers, two of those have an AMD RX570 and the other one have a Vega 8 iGPU.
Every drivers on my PC are up to dates.

Is someone has an answer about this problem ?

Thank you for the answer but i know how to activate Freesync, the problem is on the screen MENU, i go to the Freesync settings and i cant turn it on...
