Acer Spin SP515 51N powerbutton no function

I used this computer for about 4 months without any hardware problems. A few days ago I closed it. After some hours I wanted to work again, but it was off (obviously) and I didn't manage to get it run. So I tested and researched. After a while I got it run again, but I hat to deal with CMOS-battery, AC-Power a.s.o. All was working well, (OS, applications, intercaes, ...), but now I experienced that its impossible to switch off the computer by pressing the powerbutton.

It seems the powerbutton lost its function by chance and without any conicidence with other events.

I tried several ideas, e.g. installing Quick Access (unfortunately there is no "power button setting" option), nothing helps.

btw: if I put the running computer to sleep mode by closing the lid, it will not wake up but is stuck in a sort of loop: fan and keyboard light turn on, after about 5 seconds off; this repeats every ca. 20-30 seconds.

So, my final question is:

- what can be done to get the power button work again

- what can be done to activate the Acer Quick Access option "Powerbutton"?
