Acer EB321hqu monitor flashes on new Windows 10 Pro install

My Acer eb321hqu flashes off and on, sometimes slowly, sometimes quickly, whenever it is activated/deactivated.

Using a JideTech 4port KVM, I use this monitor for three different machines. The problematic machine has two windows 10 installs - the original install, windows 10 home, it works more or less fine on.

When setting up the new install of windows 10 pro, on the same kvm port, graphics card, and hardware, the monitor blinks off incessantly and regularly until I fiddle with it randomly in the NVidia Control Panel. Rebooting the system brings back the problems no matter what the settings are for the monitor.

I removed the device from the device manager, removed the driver, removed nvidia, reinstalled nvidia control panel, reinstalled the driver, even manually reinstalled the driver from the acer website.

I've tried different ports on the graphics card. I've tried different OS's on the same equipment. It's only happening on my primary desktop install (of course).

To further elaborate - it happens when I switch monitors for a few seconds with the KVM, it happens when I reboot. The only method I've found to 'fix' it is to swap the resolution or color profile from/to defaults.

This is the second large ACER monitor that has given me trouble (the other refused to come on when set up as a second monitor).

I'm literally at my wits end with your products.

I'm desperate here. I only have this problem with the ACER wide/highres monitors. It's a big issue and it makes the monitors incredibly frustrating to use. No matter what I do with them, the issue comes back. When they fail to run on a computer, they continually fail no matter what is done. This has happened to me before and its always the ACER high res product line.

This even happens with new setups. This one works completely fine when routed through the KVM to my (much weaker) laptop and both my ubuntu servers, its only my windows desktop. My windows desktop graphics card is new and my machine is far more powerful than is necessary. I changed the HDMI ports with the other monitor for that machine and it's still the same monitor that's failing. My LG also using the graphics card on either HDMI port is just fine.

I've never had such a bad experience with an electronics product line in my entire life.
