    Hello,
    1. What model do you own exactly?
    2. What is the part number of the new memory module?

  • Sometimes, a bios update can fix the problem. What my colleagues want to know, is the exact model of the notebook. Example an515-51-75kz. Without information, it will be difficult to help you.
