my USB just transfer power and not transfer data

I have Acer aspire F5
OS Windows 10 1909
bios version 1.27

I have 3 USB ports,
2 USBs generation 3 one of them transfer power and not transfer data located on laptop bored,
1 USB generation 2 transfer power and not transfer data located on a small ship with headphone jack connected by cable.

I tried to install a new driver and make a full clean to the laptop and remove the bios battery and back it again and press on the power button for 30 seconds to remove any extra charge
try command prompt order to fix,
but all of this doesn't work.

when plugging a USB doesn't work but when plugging a smartphone it's just charge like old way with the same speed of charge.

need some help, please😥😥

Plug in the USB drive. Then press Win+R. Then enter 'diskmgmt.msc'. Please post screenshot of result. Jack E/NJ

plug a serval USBs drive in the same port that I mention it's work as transfer power, not transfer data
two USBs like this
just one USB port as usually

I think this's not important because the problem not in the USBs drive
But anyway
It's sandisk, imation rigid

I think the problem in port?

You said several. What other brands/models/capacities have you tried? Preferrably a USB-A3 & a USB-A2. USB-A3 sticks and ports can often be sensitive to each other. Jack E/NJ
