Stuck at Acer logo/ cannot boot

I have Acer Aspire E5-551G-T16Q laptop with pre installed Ubuntu and I installed windows 10 and have been using it since 4 years with no problems...
Now...Weirdly this problem started...
I am stuck at acer logo...
I tried F12 and Got to windows once...used and then shut it down properly...
Again the same thing happened...but not able to boot with F12 also...
Checked BIOS....boot order is same..with HDD first...
Tried making default settings in BIOS... nothing helped...
Tried to make a fresh installation and boot from USB but still...the USB doesn't boot... 
Now on going to windows or USB by F12 boot menu...a grey screen come...
Please help...what can I do...

(1) A live ubuntu stick? Or a bootable  Win10 stick?

(2) Is secure boot disabled?
