How to get the black plastic covering my hdmi input?

I have this black plastic covering my hdmi even though its my last hdmi input that I will need because I'm getting an Oculus soon.

    If you have a GPU card in your computer you will be plugged into it for your monitors, but won't be able to use any video ports that are on the motherboard. I'm guessing that is what you are running into, they normally cap those motherboard ports off when installing a video card.
