aspire S7 not power on charge light on power led flush every 5 sec

got S7 charge light amber lit

** power LED flush every 5 sec

** screen not turn on

** remove battgery hold power bottom for one min. plug charger , no battery, can not power up

** connect battery no charger no power up

** plug in charger charger light lid , press power btm, power LED flushing every 5 sec
** can this laptop run without battery but charger only?

** if remove battery not power up, what could be the issue ?

yes, I leave charge whole night and get solid blue power , screen back to work , Thanks

What is the full model number? A blinking amber light typically means the battery is a critical low level. Are you sure the charger is still working?

model number: Aspire S7-391-6413   SNID : XXXXX, Charging light is solid Amber. Blue Power LED blinking every 5 sec very weak, charger measure at 19.6VDC should be fine

Slow blink on the blue light usually means it's in one of the sleep modes. Have you tried a long press of the power button to force a full power off, then turning it back on normally? The voltage sure looks good, and a solid amber charging light makes me think that part is working...
