There's no issue with that, by default all are available to the OS. Did your system come with the M.2 SSD or are you adding it?

NVMe is a communications standard developed specially for SSDs by a consortium of vendors including Intel, Samsung (with Samsung you have to install their NVME driver Version 3.3 and make sure that you have their latest Firmware installed) there is also Sandisk, Dell, and Seagate. You do not need an NVMe driver as the latest Windows 10 all include native NVMe 1.2/1.3 protocol support. NVME operates across the PCIe bus (hence the ‘Express’ in the name), which allows the drives to act more like the fast memory that they are, rather than the hard disks they imitate.

Your TC-885 Aspire Desktop has all the technology to run NVME but check this article out "NVMe SSDs: Everything you need to know about this insanely fast storage" here: https://www.pcworld.com/article/2899351/everything-you-need-to-know-about-nvme.html then you will know all about it, its too difficult to explain it to you here. Hope this helps cheers and stay safe!
