Sudden Fps drops in fortnite for 1 second and back to normal .

Do these settings→
1)Set high performance in nitrosense both AC AND BATTERY THEN CLOSE
2)open nvidia software go 3d settings and add you game .exe file and set plan high performance nvidia processor then you can open you game

I've already done that and it reduced micro freezes somewhat but they still occur during combat and during interaction in game .... and the freezes never occur in creative .

The freezes occur frequently when there are enemies around and most importantly when I die the screen freezes for a second and resumes .

1)how much fps you are getting when there is no enemy
2)open and play fortnite when you are on bus press window key then open task manager→click on performance tab then post screenshot of that screen.

1)I get around 70 to 120 fps when no enemy is nearby . I get micro freezes with sudden fps drops when no enemy is around but they are less prominent but when enemies are around the freezes become more prominent .

Wow just now i was playing fortnite and as i got killed my screen frooze for  solid 5 seconds and then crashed ! Then i got a pop up from unreal engine saying the application has crashed .

Are you playing in Dx12?

No I play on Dx11 I tried to play on Dx12 but that freezes my game even more

Btw the freezes are reduced somehow and now I am getting freezes only while shooting and getting killed and while I combat .

  Hey I found out that while playing fortnite 70 to 100 percent of my CPU is being used while only less than 20 percent of my GPU is being used even though I am using high performance Nvidia GPU for front it's which I kept in Nvidia control panel .

Increase texture setting
(By doing this↑Cpu usage increase and you may get better fps)
Btw, it is server problem or your network become unstable when enemy near.
Did try any offline game?

Hey my CPU is normally being used to 100  percent which is a problem and your telling me increase its use even more ? Btw I increased textures but still the problem persists . And my GPU is being used less than 20 percent .

Minecraft is working somewhat like running on low graphics card . Even Minecraft is giving 40 fps on low settings .
I think my fortnite is using more cpu and very less Gpu which is what is happening like in the previous image .

1)Ok, cpu is working great.
This happens because developers optimize this for high end gpu like GTX 20(series)etc.
You need to optimize game yourself like try find out change some graphics settings.

Btw, send email to fortnite developers about this

2)😩many users already complain that Minecraft uses integrated gpu not dedicated, you can check in task manager.

Yeah bro I will try any other game . I try to find vids and solutions on net about fortnite using more CPU and less GPU they all have solutions but didn't work for me .

Hey is there any way to make fortnite use more of my gpu instead of using 100% of my cpu and puny 20%gpu . so is there any way to make fortnite make use of my gpu more like maybe upto 50% ?

I tried playing Cities skylines which is an offline game and I am getting the same stutters for about every 10 seconds ....
