Laptop Suddenly hibernate or Shutdown at below 20% battery level

I have a laptop acer aspire A315. Bought it last year. My laptop suddenly hibernate at below 25%. When i plugged in my charger and turn on..  the battery level suddenly change to 0% or 1% .. is there any fix of this problem. I tried all the method in the internet and it seems not working.. (sorry for may grammar)

    What is the exact model? Example a315-53-58vh. Also, can you check the battery status with hwinfo64?

    Which EXACT model of your laptop?

    I recommend that you update your Windows and all drivers.
    Then access the device manager and uninstall the battery AC control.
    Turn off the device and reset the battery.
    Call and do a test.

    The model of my laptop is acer aspire 3 A315-53G-36WP. all the drivers are already updated to latest version.
