SSD Compatibilty

Hello all  

I've got A515-51G-50IE laptop and just wanted to install an SSD so wondering which one would work and also what size would be the maximum supported. Im looking at Western Digital WD Black NVME SN750 250 GB M.2 2280-S3-M PCIe Gen3, WD Blue 250GB M.2 Internal Solid State Drive (WDS250G2B0B) and also A-DATA XPG GAMMIX S11 Pro 256GB PCIe Gen3x4 M.2 2280 Gaming Solid State, I could also go for the Samsung EVO Pro series but just want confirmation.

I've gone through most of the questions on the forums about SSD Compatibilty so got a rough idea but just wanted to confirm...so kindly guide me
