Hi. I have laptop Acer SF514-54GT-72J1.
CPU is Intel Core 10th generation : i7-1065G7 with Iris Plus Graphics
There is second graphic card : NVidia MX350
I can see both of them in Device Manager
I have ASUS monitor model MX27AQ with resolution 2560x1440
I connect monitor with laptop using HDMI cable and HDMI port on laptop.
The display resolution does NOT adapt automatically to 2560x1440. Settings in windows 10 pro does not allow to select more than 1920x1080.
With the same HDMI cable connected to HDMI port on my professional Lenovo Laptop I can reach 2560x1440 resolution on my monitor
I checked on Intel website and Iris Plus Graphics processor in i7-1065G7 has a max HDMI 1.4 resolution of 4096x2304
Then I don't understand what happens.
I installed WHQL monitor driver : it does NOT solve the issue
I installed latest Intel Graphics Drivers and I checked the version in Devices Manager 27.20.100.8190 : it does NOT solve the issue
I am affraid it's a conception issue of Acer and HDMI port is limited to 1920x1080 but I hope not
Please if someone can help me ?
