-------------Predator PH315-52 usb c port issue------- HELP HELP HELP!!

I have just bought my predator 15inch gaming laptop a week ago, and it turns out the usb c port is not working or not performing to the standard. I have tested with various hard drives (usb 3.0 and usb 3.1 compatible drives) and various softwares （Blackmagic disk speed test and Crystal disk mark), and the speed is slow and unstable ranging from 20 MBps to 110 MBps. In theory, any usb 3.1 (or usb 3.1 gen2) port should achieve a speed of 10 Gbps. Why in my case it is unacceptably slow? Is it a hardware problem or just a driver problem? Is anyone else having the same issue? BTW the other two usb a ports on the left are working perfectly fine.

Have you checked whether updating the chipset drivers and IO solves the performance issue?

I have just checked all the IO, usb-c drivers and it says they all are the newest version. And I have tried to uninstall the "Intel USB 3.1 eXtensible Host Controller--1.10", then reboot the computer and reinstall it by plugging in the hard drive via the usb-c port. ----------Well, right now, my computer cannot even read the hard drive....... -_-. And everytime when I open "My Computer", the system crashes, and by unplugging the drive, everything returns to normal..

You can try to reinstall windows by pressing alt + f10 before the Acer logo and disabling the wireless network card, just to check whether or not there is a problem with the usb port?

How to do that exactly? after pressing ALT+F10, I did not see any option to disable the wireless network card.
And I have tested the other USB-A port on the right, it has the same problem as the type-c port (The two ports on the left seem to be fine). After plugging in the drive, it takes forever to load the drive, and I cannot even eject the drive because there is no response after clicking the little "usb icon" on the taskbar.
