My Acer Nitro 5 wont i nstall games that you have to download off a browser

No matter what browser I choose I get the " Couldnt Download- Network issue" it cant be the internet because its 5G with no lag whatsoever,

Looks like your virus scanning software might have blocked you from downloading a file

Its OverWatch, the only place I could buy it is the Blizzard Store, and I already payed for the game, the setup just won’t install, neither will BattleNet

The thing is, I’ve been trying this for months, trying to install Warzone and Battlenet but neither work, I was thinking maybe it would be different if I bought a game instead, but it gave me the same issue, it’s so annoying

I don’t really know that much about product information, I’ve never edited the computer, the stickers Next to the keyboard say “intel Core i5 7th gen” and “Nvidia GEFORCE GTX”
and the the only thing I can also say is the information at the bottom of the computer which I’ll send a screenshot of

no, will that do anything drastic? Will it reset my computer? I don’t want to have to reinstall everything again
