Slow boot time, restart time, and login time Acer Nitro 5

Over the past month my PC has had longer and longer boot and restart times. When I push the power button or restart the computer, I see the Acer loading screen like normal, but then my screen just goes black for up to 5 minutes before finally getting to the login screen. Here is what I have done so far.

Scanned for viruses with Malwarebytes and windows defender, No threats found.
Checked for Windows updates. Up to date
Disabled Fast boot
Adjusted my virtual memory settings
Disabled Startup programs
Disk clean up
Defragmented and optimized drives
Updated Intel Graphics (UHD graphics 630)

Specs:
Acer Nitro 5 AN515-53
processor: i5-8300h
8gb ram
64 bit os
windows 10 1909
graphics: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050

What I haven't tried yet that may work is changing my Intel UHD 630 to the new DCH drivers (can I do this?). I have checked to see if NVIDIA needs to update, but it says I don't need any updates either. I've also heard it could be a problem with my registry (corrupted), but I don't know how to fix that.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Go to system configuration utility page and then go to Boot..
Under boot select advanced options.
Here check the box which shows Number of processors and set it to max and apply the changes.. restart the device to take effect.. post this test your device and share an update..

When I timed it, it was 2:34 minutes

I would suggest you to follow these steps..

Enable the fast startup and save the settings..

Next go to programs and features and go to windows turn windows features on or off, go to Windows Subsystem for Linux, uncheck it, and restart.

I forgot to add, my CPU was undervolted to -.140V using Intel XTU.

I'll try to update my graphics drivers one more time. and check my registry before doing that. Will I lose all my files and programs if I reset?

Unfortunately Yes, doing reset will erase data.. But you get option to select keep my files.. you can try this too..

I dunno if you fixed your problem as the thread is from May.
But I just wanted to give my two cents.
I had a similar expirience with Acer Aspire A715-41G. I managed to pin it down to the Amd adrenaline client.
I did three windows fresh installs in two days and started to update + restart after every driver, every update.
I noticed that when I installed the AMD client, so I could update my ryzen and radeon gpu, my restarted time reached about 2 minutes.
My problem was the computer was stuck at the acer logo, meaning the windows was loading normally and the slower boot time was with BIOS or POST.

Sorry if this is irrelevant and hope you could fix your problem.
