Hello....please can someone help?

I have had this laptop a long time...and all works well...but recently we wanted to enable Virtualization to help with a game...but options were not available.  So I decided to upgrade the BIOS.  went online and found my laptop needed a few bios updates...so I downloaded and installed.  After restarting I am getting this message...see pic... "Default boot device missing  or failed.  Insert recovery media and hit any key. Then select boot manager to choose a new boot device or to boot recovery media".

I do not have any recovery media...what are my options?
