Hi All,

We have just added a new hard drive from Crucial to partition Nitro AN515-54-54. I can see it in the device manager, just wondering how a set it up to work as I cannot see it in on This PC.

Thank you for your help in advance

It may there as unallocated space
    Follow my steps→
1)right on window icon then select disk management
    2)
    1. Right-click the unallocated volume.

    2. Choose New Simple Volume from the shortcut menu.

The New Simple Volume Wizard appears.

    3. Click the Next button.

    4. The size is already preset to equal the entire disk capacity, which is recommended.

    5. Click the Next button.

Windows lets you assign the drive a letter, or you can mount the drive on an NTFS volume as a folder. Or, you can do neither, depending on how you fill in the wizard.

    6. (Optional) Choose a letter for the new volume.

My advice is to use the letter that’s provided.

    7. Click the Next button.

    8. Ensure the option Format This Volume with the Following Settings is chosen.

    9. Ensure that the NTFS format is chosen.

    10. Click the Next button.

    11. Click the Finish button to create the new volume.

Now, close disk management and check disk in this pc
