My Predator Helios 300 2019 (PH315-52-78VL) won't turn on.

I purchased this laptop couple of months ago. The device is not turning on when I press the power button. The laptop does not make any noise when I put my ear close to the bottom of the laptop. The fans isn't turning on either. When I plug in the battery It does indicate light (light turned orange when charging). A few months ago I sent the notebook to the repair center (in my country) for the same problem and it took 2 months to return the notebook and they could not identify the problem, they told me they changed the motherboard. Something I realized was that the temperature in the predator sense before sending it to the repair center for the first time was 65 to 80 degrees celcius, but when they returned it, in any game the temperature was 85 to 93 according to predator sense.
I have already press the power button for more than 30 seconds and already plug a device into the USB 3.0 port but it does not charge any of my devices. What could be the problem?

Do the battery and power LEDs light or flash? Have you tried to reset the battery?

The Battery LED light is on in orange, it does not flash.

Have you tried to reset the battery?

The laptop does not have a reset battery hole to my knowledge.

OK! Turn off the notebook and then disconnect the power adapter. Then, press the power button for 12 seconds.

The notebook does not turn ON. thats the problem!

Do the LEDs light up or flash? What happens when you press several keys and without releasing them, press the power button? Does the notebook turn on?
