Brand new Acer Apsire A715-74G (still under warranty)
Any help is super appreciated.
Two major issues...
1. Plugged in, not charging.
Issue was happening intermittently, now I have 0% battery left.
I have done/tried the following to alleviate the issue:
- Non-removable battery, no reset button, but did a full reboot (still not working)
- Uninstalled battery drivers and then reinstalled and did a full restart (didn't work)
- Always made sure my computer is always updated
- My power adapter is fully functional, multi-metered input and output voltages (AC in, DC out)
- When I uninstall battery driver - my computer shuts down immediately. When I restart, the backlight keyboard (and computer fan) turns on, then off several times only to then start up)
-I have even gone into the Microsoft Admin Powershell and entered code to find issues... issues were found and fixed but battery is still not charging...
Issue number 2: Microphone is not working!!!
This is what I've tried:
-Uninstalling and re-installing microphone drivers
-Testing microphone (only receive static)
-Doing a voice recording and I only hear static when played back
-Made sure everything is updated and made sure that my computer's microphone is the default ...
WHY ME!!!!! LOL Any help is very much appreciated!
