Acer E3-112-C4L4 does not display bios settings

Hello and good day everyone. 

Pls I've got this issue where my Acer E3-112-C4L4 does not display bios settings at all. The touchpad was malfunctioning initially so I disassembled it to reconnect the motherboard connector properly. 

When I tried to put it on, it just shows a blank screen without showing the Acer logo talk less of booting into Windows. 

I've tried pressing ESC, F2, f9, f10, Alt+f10, Fn+Esc+Power and every other key combo suggested by other similar threads but to no avail. 

I also downloaded the BIOS update file to make a bootable flash but the bios file is an EXE file and so it didn't work. 

Pls I'd appreciate any and every tip as it's crucial I get the laptop up and running asap cos of my office work.
